When do you ship?

Here at The Business End we aim to ship all small items the same day if purchased before 2pm Monday - Friday ( sorry but we do not ship on the weekends ).

All laptops, Computers and iMacs are normally shipped within 24hrs from payment cleared. This gives us time to perform final checks on the machine before shipping out to you and where windows is concerned, this gives us the chance to make sure it has the latest release build with all the updated drivers.

How much is shipping in the UK?

All mainland shipping is free. Small parcels are shipped first class recorded is the item is priced over £6 and first class only if priced under £6.

All laptops are shipped recorded signed for via DHL courier with tracking being updated once the item has been collected.

1st class will normally arrive the next day

courier will normally arrive within 3-5 days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. The final price varies from country to country. There are 2 ways to find out what the shipping cost will be to your country is to either at the item to your basket and you should be able to see the total price there or you can send an email to info@thebusinessendonline.co.uk and we will let you know asap.

Failing that, just send us a message via the messaging system which is placed on all over the website.

Note on Purchasing

All of our computer products are second user refurbished products, unless otherwise stated. As a result there may be some slight signs of wear and tear, such as minor scratch marks on exterior casing etc. We do NOT sell refurbished computers or laptops which have obvious or heavy signs of damage or usage, such as large scuffs, scratches or cracks on exterior casing, or pressure marks and blemishes on LCD screens.

We may occasionally offer refurbished computer products which have more significant damage than is usual. This will be clearly pointed out in the description and a price reduction will figure as a result.

A signature will be required upon delivery of the item. In the event of no one being available to sign for the item, a calling card will be left to notify the customer of an attempted delivery.

The customer will then be required to contact their local depot to arrange for either a re-delivery or collection from the depot in person.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost. Should this service be required, please contact us for a quotation.
