Condition Key:

Grade A - item has little signs of use, may have very minor wear and tear.

Grade B - item may have signs of wear and tear to the lid and palm rest, any odd dent on lid, scratches/marks around the surface and the odd white blemish on screen. Item is in overall a good 2nd user condition. Excellent ex business machines for both home, work and education purposes. 

Grade C - item has clear heavy signs on use. Expect the item to have dents in the lid, cracks, major scratches, clear screen blemishes ect

 

 - Laptop battery is not included in our warranty as this is a consumable and cells tend to die over time. It will be down to the buyer to replace the battery at your own cost.
