We use a combination of Yodel and Royal Mail. Royal Mail for overnight Nextday Arrivals and Yodel for heavier 2-3 Day arrivals. We do not use the likes of hemres/evri courier services because of too many damaged goods or items going missing.
All items are shipped same day if purchased and funds cleared before 2pm.

Working Hours: Our main working hours are 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We reply to all messages within and out side working hours but there may be delays outside working hours.
All items sold will include a normal ebay receipt with your purchase. If you require a invoice, please message us with your email address.
Most invoices are sent via email over the weekend but if one is required before the weekend then please let us know so it's either shipped with your purchase of emailed to you overnight.
Are your items exclusive of VAT?
No. We absorb the vat on our sales otherwise we probably wouldn't sell any items if we had to add the VAT on top.
Are your returns free?
If we send out an item that's not as described and defective then we issue a free return label. But if you change your mind then returning isn't a problem but you will have to foot the bill of return.
Are these generic pictures of the items sold or of actual image?
Unless stated overwise, all our listings have pictures of the actual item for sale.
If there are is more then 1 of the item for sale then we upload the picture of the items with the less best condition so you will either receive an item better than picture shown of the actual item in the picture. You will not receive anything less.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. we ship all over the globe. Please add your item to cart and that will tell you how much you will be charged to ship.
We do not profit from shipping. If there is anything left over the shipping then we refund that part. If it does not combine your shipping then we prcess your item for shipping then refund you the over payment.
Can you ship to an alternative address?
We would prefer you to change that address before you purchase the item as we use an automated system. But in the event that this is too late, send us a message via ebay and we will do our best to change the address for you.
Why is my item taking so long to be delivered?
we ship all items before our cut off time and drop to collection point as soon as possible.
